After Kim Seonho apologized to his ex-girlfriend in light of the forced abortion scandal, Korean media outlet Dispatch released a detailed report about their relationship.

Earlier this week, Dispatch published a timeline outlining the key events of Seonho’s relationship with his ex-girlfriend. The actor’s former flame was identified as former weather reporter turned newscaster Choi Youngah, and they started dating in March 2020.

Dispatch went on to refute Youngah’s controversial claims about Seonho allegedly forcing her to terminate her pregnancy. As per the media outlet’s report, they agreed to abort the baby in July 2020. It was also revealed that the couple broke up in April 2021.

Following Dispatch’s detailed reports, fans took to social media to express their support for Seonho. Other netizens also apologized to the actor for “jumping into conclusions” and hoped for his return to K-drama land and Korean variety show 2 Days and 1 Night.

Twitter user @aveckimse joked that Seonho is “banned from dating” unless the “entire nation decides if it’s okay or not.

@seonielfilm couldn’t help but feel sorry for Seonho’s personal life and advised him to “take a rest.”

Twitter user @MrsHong__ urged Seonho's brand endorsements and upcoming projects to bring the actor back after the scandal.

Twitter user @seonofdusik expressed her appreciation for the staff of the K-drama Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha for supporting the actor amid the controversies. Seonho received international acclaim for his role as Hong Dusik or Chief Hong.

Facebook page UNNIE said Dispatch’s report reminded them of Seonho’s infamous “licenses reveal” scene in the second episode of Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha

We’re looking forward to your comeback, Kim Seonho!
