LOOK: What Spotify Wrapped tells you about your listening habits in 2024
Spotify Wrapped 2024 is finally out! Listeners on the app can now check out an annual recap of their listening habits throughout the year.
The feature, which went live on Dec. 4, 9 p.m., gives users a glimpse into their top songs, artists, genres, and podcasts that they've kept on loop. This year, Spotify is making its Wrapped a more personalized experience as it offers fans more ways to look back at their year in music.
Here are the new features you'll see in Spotify Wrapped 2024:
Your Music Evolution
This new section showcases your different music hyper fixations throughout the year through up to three musical phases. It will list a month and the overall vibe of the music you were listening to during that time.
For instance, if you tuned into artists like Chappell Roan, Taylor Swift, and Sabrina Carpenter, Wrapped may tell you a certain month was your "Pink Pilates Princess Strut Pop" phase.
On your Wrapped feed, you'll see a personalized playlist of familiar tracks and new songs related to your musical era.
Your Top Artist Reimagined
As it does yearly, Spotify shows you your top artists. This year, it highlights the artist that you kept on loop with "Longest listening streak" and shows you the top percentage of listeners you're in for a specific artist.
You can reminisce the songs you've soundtracked your year with playlists Top 100 Songs and Top 20 Artists on your Wrapped feed.
Your Music Videos Playlist
Here's a treat for premium subscribers: you'll get a personalized playlist of music videos from your favorite artists in one place.
Your Artist & Podcaster's Clips
This year, Spotify is again letting you connect with your top artists and podcast creators. Wrapped will feature clips of them thanking their loyal fans for spending the year with them in music.
