Tips to help you secure tickets to BTS' 'ARIRANG' concert in PH

Published Jun 08, 2026 5:26 pm

For Filipino ARMY, the announcement of BTS' upcoming Arirang World Tour was enough to send social media into a frenzy. With the group finally reuniting after completing their mandatory military service, fans are already gearing up for what is expected to be one of the most in-demand concert events in recent years.

But if there's one thing longtime BTS fans know, it's that getting a ticket can be just as intense as the concert itself. From navigating presales to competing with thousands of fellow ARMY in a matter of minutes, securing a seat often requires preparation, strategy, and a bit of luck.

Filo fans will soon be gearing up to score a ticket to BTS' Arirang concert at the Philippine Sports Stadium in Bulacan in 2027. If you're planning to secure yours, make sure to take note of these dates: ARMY membership presale is set for June 9, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., while the Live Nation presale is on June 10, 11 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. General onsale begins on June 11, 11 a.m.

Before ticket selling begins, here's what you need to know to get your passes to BTS' concert.

Tips on securing your ticket

Alex Santiago recently fulfilled a longtime ARMY dream when she watched BTS perform at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on May 28.

To secure her tickets, she decided to apply for an ARMY membership through Weverse, which gave her access to the fan club presale. Before the sale, she made sure to key in her credit card details to streamline the process.

"Kailangan naka-input na rin 'yung credit card details na gagamit nila. Kung may two choices ng credit card, mas magandang ipasok pareho sa Ticketmaster para pagdating dun sa payment, mas madali 'yung magiging process o 'yung flow niya," she told PhilSTAR L!fe.

According to her, it was crucial to be logged into your Weverse account 30 minutes before the scheduled time.

"Automatic na po 'yung pagpasok sa waiting room o queue. Maghihintay lang kayo ng 30 minutes para makapasok doon," Santiago said. "Magkakaroon naman ng sound if kayo na 'yung papasok sa website kung saan mamimili na po kayo ng seats."

However, this does not mean that the hard part is over.

Once fans are let into the ticketing page, they are often racing against thousands of others for a limited number of seats. Santiago stressed that there is little room for hesitation.

"Mabilisan rin 'yung kilos. For example, kukuha ka lang ng two seats. Pagka-click mo ng two seats, immediately i-check out mo siya. Then, i-input mo 'yung details sa card. Kung may confirmation code 'yung card, kailangan pumasok siya agad," she said.

"Kapag hindi mo siya napasok agad, pwedeng mawala 'yung seat na binabayaran mo habang kahit nagbabayad ka na. So, kapag nawala 'yun, babalik ka ulit doon sa pipili ka ng seats mo. Ganun ulit 'yung process niya hanggang makapag-secure ka ng tickets.

It's also important that you have your BTS Army Membership number, as you will need this to unlock your seats.

"Kapag natagalan nang kaunti, baka ma-snatch agad 'yung (selected) tickets mo. So uulit na naman kayo dun sa process ng pag-select ng seats at pag-type. Kaya nakakatulong na naka-input na agad 'yung credit card para kaunti na lang 'yung kailangang i-confirm na details pagdating dun sa Ticketmaster na account," Santiago said.

It's also a must to have a stable internet connection, because even a few seconds of lag can make the difference between securing a ticket and losing it.

"You cannot refresh the page habang naghihintay ka sa queue mo. Kasi 'pag nag-refresh ka ng page, mawawala ka sa queue. Pwede pang lumayo 'yung queue number mo."

You should also finalize the concert date you want to attend.

Other reminders to keep in mind

When purchasing, take note that you can secure up to two tickets only per account.

In their guidelines, SM Ticketmaster also warned fans against sellers who list tickets for sale on other websites, stressing that official ticket sales have not yet begun.

"The seller does not currently have these tickets and might not be able to get them for you. These are called speculative listings. You'll probably be asked to pay more," they said. "The safest move is to wait for the official sale dates listed in the schedule."

SM Ticketmaster advised fans to sign in to their SM Ticketmaster account ahead of time and to use only one browser or tab per date, as multiple can cause errors.

During the sale, the state map changes automatically as other fans complete their purchases. You'll be able to select your desired section and the best available tickets during your allocated time.

Meanwhile, Live Nation Philippines noted that the tickets are tied to the account used at the time of purchase and cannot be transferred to another person.

"The name on the ticket must match a valid ID presented at the venue. As both tickets will bear the account holder's name, the account holder must be present and enter the venue together with their companion," they said.

"If a ticket has been gifted, the recipient must enter the venue together with the original ticket purchaser. Failure to comply may result in denial of entry without any right to a refund, at the discretion of the promoter," they added.

Early in January, BTS announced their highly anticipated return to the global stage through a massive world tour 3.5 years after they went on hiatus to focus on solo projects. The group—comprised of Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook—will be going on what is set to be the "biggest global K-pop tour of all time," according to Live Nation.

BTS' Bulacan concert will take place on March 13 and 14, 2027.
