And no, they're not actually named Jess and Pat.

The founders of Maginhawa's favorite gig place, Jess and Pat's, are set to take their motto "Indies Forever" to the altar and beyond.

Kloyd Majam and Alexx Esponga shared the happy news of their wedding via Jess and Pat's Facebook page this Nov. 23.

"JxP is so special to the both of us. Since it was our college thesis, it has been a huge part of our journey as a couple," they wrote. "So, we wanted to share this special news with all of you!"

They also quipped that most of the JxP family will be at the wedding, "ito talaga ‘yung reason bakit kami sarado."

And in case they were naysayers of finding love at concerts, they added: "PS: may forever at true love sa gig "

The two began as thesis partners and established Jess and Pat's in its original location in Marikina in 2016 as a requirement during their senior year.

In an interview with Bandwagon Asia back in 2020, they said that its initial mission was to serve homemade comfort food and uplift artists at the same time.

Seven years later, it now stands as a staple non-alcoholic hang-out spot for local indie talents to showcase their music and gain a following through like-minded fans.

Aside from the regular gigs, Jess and Pat's also offers delectable snacks and treats for guests that want a safe and artsy haven to call home.
