'Bakit ko ba pinasukan 'to?' Nesthy Petecio getting the hang of Twitter is a big mood
Olympic boxer Nesthy Petecio may float like a butterfly on the ring, but she's hilariously starting to feel the sting of Twitter.
The Davaoeña boxer recently joined the app just this July 29 to connect with fans, but promptly got overwhelmed with Twitter's features - and she hasn't been shy to tweet out her newbie journey.
“Naninibago pa ako dito sa Twitter jusko, bakit ko ba pinasokan to,” the 29-year-old first tweeted after she grew an influx of followers.

After a few retweets and even a funny retelling of a conversation with fellow Filipino boxer Irish Magno, Petecio went on to apologize to those she can’t follow back just yet as she is still figuring things out.
"Nakakapagsisi kung bakit pinasokan ko to," she joked with an array of laughing emojis.

The Twitter community has since been amused with Petecio's self-aware Tweets, with The Philippine Sports Commission even replying to her cry for help with well-wishes of their own.
Welcome, Nesthy! ?

Good luck on your next bout! ???
If there’s one social media app that Nesthy’s got a handle on, however, it’s none other than Tiktok, as the boxer has been regularly posting video content from dancing to lipsyncing.
Here's the athlete dancing along to the 2004 Andrew E. song, Shoot Shoot, a favorite among TikTok users.
@nesh114 sabi ko sa inyo wag na kasi sumayaw ee ?????✌✌

Nesthy is slated to return to the Olympic ring for the boxing featherweight division semifinals this July 31. She is already assured of at least a bronze medal after dominating Colombian boxer Yeni Castaneda last July 28.
Petecio's assured bronze will end the Philippines' 89-year long multi-Olympic medal drought.
Good luck on the ring (and on Twitter) Nesthy!
