This Dark Knight Batmobile LEGO set has over 2,000 pieces
Build and display the ultimate, armored crime-fighting machine at home with the LEGO DC Batman Batmobile Tumbler.
Designed with older fans in mind, the collector’s edition dubbed Batmobile Tumbler contains over 2,049 pieces to capture the style of one of the most iconic vehicles in cinema history.
The set is based on the tank-like transport from Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight trilogy that starred Christian Bale as Batman.
The impressive collectible display model, which combines easily with other LEGO DC Batman sets, features an opening roof, which provides access to the driver and passenger seats and incredibly detailed control panel.
Batman and The Joker minifigures are included with a stand. The LEGO set also comes with a sturdy base to display the finished model at its best. This intricate recreation of the Batman Tumbler will be sure to provide hours of lockdown escapism and spice up any display shelf at home even after hands-on work has been completed.
The LEGO DC Batman Batmobile Tumbler is priced at $229.99 (roughly P15,000+) and is currently available for pre-order, with shipping on Nov. 1, 2021.
Meanwhile, for those who want something similar but easier for kids to assemble, LEGO has also unveiled a similar looking but more affordable Dark Knight Batmobile set with fewer pieces aimed for ages eight and above.
Batman fans can enjoy assembling and playing with the 422-piece Batmobile set dubbed Scarecrow Showdown.
The challenging yet kid-friendly LEGO DC Batman Batmobile set features a cabin that can be opened, and two minifigures: Batman and Scarecrow, based on their designs in the 2008 movie, complete with alternative ‘nightmare’ heads for Batman for more play possibilities.
The Scarecrow Showdown set is priced at just a fraction of the cost of the collector’s edition for only $39.99 (roughly P1,995) and is also available for pre-order with an earlier launch date on Oct. 1, 2021.
