The Script to return to Manila in February 2025
The Script is coming back to Manila!
The Irish band is set to bring their Satellites World Tour to the Philippines on February 11, 2025 at the Araneta Coliseum, Wilbrows Live announced.
"We're thrilled to announce that the Satellites World Tour is heading to Asia and Australia," The Script wrote on Instagram.
In addition to the Philippines, their show will have stops in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand.
According to Wilbros, the band will be performing new songs from their new album Satellites and their biggest hits like The Man Who Can't Be Moved, Breakeven, For The First Time, Hall of Fame, and Superheroes.
Tickets to the Manila leg of the tour go on sale on August 10, 10 a.m. via Ticketnet.com.ph and Ticketnet outlets nationwide.
The Script, composed of Danny O'Donoghue, Benjamin Sargent, Ben Weaver, and Glen Power, was last in Manila in September 2022 for their Greatest Hits tour at the Mall of Asia Arena. They have been to the Philippines several times, with shows in 2011, 2013, and 2018.
In 2023, the band's co-founder and guitarist Mark Sheehan passed away.
