The newest iPhone 13 series have arrived. And like every new launch, the iPhone 13 models come with new features that improve on last year's iterations and a shiny price tag to go with it. If the new iPhones aren't your cup of tea, you're in luck: the older models are getting price drops!
For comparison, here's how much the new iPhone 13 models cost:
- iPhone 13 Mini - P44,990
- iPhone 13 - P50,990
- iPhone 13 Pro - P63,990
- iPhone 13 Pro Max - P70,990
Don't count these older iPhones out! Their specs hold up pretty well still in 2021, and can go toe-to-toe with midrange Androids in the market. The oldest in this list, the iPhone XR, was released in 2018 but it's still a solid daily driver perfect for the budget-conscious Apple fan.
Another cheaper option is the iPhone SE 2020, which like the XR, has a 12MP rear camera. This model looks like the old iPhone 7 and 8, but they're more powerful than those thanks to the A13 Bionic chip—the same processor that's in the iPhone 11.
- iPhone XR - P29,990
- iPhone SE 2020 - P26,490
Meanwhile, 2019's iPhone 11 is a smart choice if you want better cameras than the XR and SE, but don't need the 5G support. It comes in six different colors and sports the classic curved sides that the iPhone 12 ditched.
- iPhone 11 - P31,990
It's almost a year since the iPhone 12 first came out, but this model is still pretty top-of-the-line when it comes to features. If you're looking for a 5G iPhone but don't want to shell out too much cash, go with the iPhone 12. Its cameras are impressive, it has a highly durable Ceramic Shield Display, and it supports MagSafe charging. Oh, and did we mention it comes in purple?
The iPhone 13 doesn't really stray too far from the iPhone 12 when it comes to features, so it's still a worthy phone to cop.
