The agency broke the news about the cancellation of its Nov. 15 concert on social media on Tuesday, Nov. 14.

“We have spared no effort to ensure that this event will proceed, yet it is deemed best to prioritize the well-being of our artists. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused to all the fans who were looking forward to this event and the delayed notice in our attempt to exhaust all efforts,” they further explained.

The agency also asked for the continuous support of fans for the five members of the group and said that the group looks forward to giving them more outstanding performances in the future.

Last month, the group posted the list of cities that they will be visiting for the Asian leg of their PAGTATAG! World Tour. Among the Asian countries included Singapore, Japan, Thailand, Dubai.
