It’s official—Jake Cuenca and Kylie Versoza have called it quits.
Cuenca confirmed his separation from the Miss International 2016 beauty queen in a lengthy Instagram post on Saturday, April 23. The actor’s post comprised photos of the ex-couple holding hands and a figurine inspired by their relationship.
“This was us. I’ll hold on to all our precious memories together with so much value. [These] past 3 years of my life have certainly been the best. I say this with such a heavy heart but me and Kylie have decided to go our separate ways,” Cuenca wrote.
Cuenca also revealed that he’s “still so proud” of himself and Versoza because they “didn’t want to break up in anger.” “We both wanted to be able to look back on our relationship with no bitterness no anger and no regrets only the good memories.”

Despite Cuenca and Versoza’s painful breakup, the actor expressed his love for his ex, saying, that he’ll always “support you” and “pray for your success.”
“Wherever you are or [whatever you’re] doing, I will always be sending you love and positivity. Know that you will always have a person in me who will always be proud of you,” Cuenca said.
The Los Bastardos and Viral Scandal star added that he’s happy because “we were able to finish this chapter of our lives the same way we started it; as friends.”
“I’ll see you around, Kylie,” Cuenca wrote.
Of course, Cuenca and Versoza’s fans are heartbroken from the former couple’s breakup.
“Awee. I didn’t expect this to happen. You became one of the couples I love the most because of your love and support for each other, but then after reading this, I felt sad. But I always hope you’ll both be happy even if you had already separated,” one netizen wrote.
Another netizen said, “Aww!! Jayliee. So sad to hear this but as your fan, we will continue to support you both always! God bless u ate Ky and Kuya Jake.”
Shortly after his lengthy message, Cuenca posted a photo of himself crying on his Instagram Stories.
Cuenca and Versoza fueled breakup rumors after the beauty queen-turned-actress posted cryptic messages on social media. The actor then seemingly responded to his ex-girlfriend’s posts on Instagram Stories, saying, “I wish I could wipe away your tears.”
