Kim Chiu responds to breakup rumors with Xian Lim

Kim Chiu has broken her silence about the split rumors surrounding her and her longtime boyfriend, actor Xian Lim.

During a recently concluded media conference for her hit show Linlang, the actress denied the breakup speculations and noted that they're doing just fine.

"Grabe! Kayo talaga! Baka nalilinlang lang kayo," she told the press when asked about the rumors, which began when social media users saw her photos from her solo travel last month.

"Okay naman po kami ni Xi," she stressed.

"Oo, mapanlinlang ang showbiz, pero maayos naman. Masaya naman po," Kim continued.

Kim started dating Xian in 2012. It wasn't until 2018, however, that they made their relationship public.

Earlier this year, the actor penned a sweet birthday message for Kim and said he's "truly, madly, deepy in love" with her.

"Truly, madly, deeply in love with you and I cherish every single moment I have with you. So many years have gone by and we're still by each other's side," he wrote in an Instagram post on April 19.

"Nothing beats silencing all the noise around us. Let the naysayers talk and assume all they want. No one knows more about our relationship than you and I. I love you and I will always be here by your side," he said.
