LOOK: Miss Universe 2024 Victoria Theilvig shares photos from Palawan trip
Reigning Miss Universe Victoria Theilvig explored the beauty of Palawan during her recent visit to the Philippines.
On Instagram, the beauty queen shared photos captured during her stay at the Flower Island Resort in Taytay, Palawan. It included snaps of her admiring the beautiful scenery of the island, taking a nice boat ride, and enjoying a Filipino boodle fight.
In a separate post, she also posted stunning selfies taken at the same Palawan resort with the caption: "11:11."
Theilvig was in the Philippines from March 25 to March 30 as part of her activities as reigning Miss Universe queen.
She recently met Miss Universe Philippines national director Ariella Arida, who shared an empowering Women’s Month message while praising Theilvig on Instagram.
“As Women’s Month ends, we salute every woman turning dreams into reality, radiating confidence, and ruling her world, just like our reigning Miss Universe,” she wrote in the caption of her post.
Prior to her PH visit, the Danish beauty queen stopped by other countries like Thailand and India. In early March, she was seen with Miss Grand International 2024 Rachel Gupta at a press conference in Bangkok in preparation for the international pageant's 74th edition, which will be held there. Theilvig also visited Taj Mahal with Miss Universe India Rhea Singha on March 23.
The 24-year old beauty queen bested 124 other candidates, including Philippines' Chelsea Manalo, at the Miss Universe 2024 pageant held in November in Mexico. She became the first Danish woman to claim the highly coveted crown.
