Philippines' Krishnah Gravidez officially a Top 24 finalist of the Miss World 2025 talent competition
Philippine bet Krishnah Gravidez has been announced as a finalist of the talent competition of this year's Miss World.
The Miss World Philippines organization shared that the Filipina beauty queen officially made it to the Top 24 of the segment on Wednesday, May 22.
"From nearly 100 of the world’s most talented contestants, she’s made it to the Top 24—proving once again that Filipina excellence shines on the world stage," they wrote in an Instagram post.
Other candidates that advanced to the next round of the talent competition are from the United States, Nigeria, Malta, Indonesia, Estonia, Brazil, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Argentina, Australia, Sri Lanka, Cameroon, Poland, Italy, Trinidad and Tobago, Germany, Cayman Islands, Wales, Jamaica, Ireland, India, Ethiopia, and Kenya.
The talent competition will take place on May 23. Whoever will win the segment will be among the Top 10 contestants of her continental region.
According to the 72nd Miss World's official format, 10 delegates from each continental region—Africa, Americas & Caribbean, Asia & Oceania, and Europe, including the fast-track winners—will advance to the quarterfinals out of 108. The judges will select Top 5 contenders from each continental region. This set of beauty queens will be narrowed down to the Top 2, to have one winner and one runner-up in every region.
To determine the pageant's top four finalists, the top two candidates from each region will compete to have one continental winner, who will also be the Top 4 overall finalists. The judges will then vote to crown the 72nd Miss World title holder, followed by first, second, and third runners-up.
The first runner-up in the winner's continent will be promoted to a continental winner.
The coronation night will be held on May 31 at the HITEX Convention Center in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, where the reigning queen, Krystyna Pyszková of the Czech Republic, will crown her successor.
Should Gravidez win, she will be the second Filipina to be crowned Miss World after Megan Young in 2013.
