Pokwang revealed that ex-partner Lee O'Brian filed a motion for voluntary deportation amid the actress' petition.

In December 2023, the comedienne bared that the Bureau of Immigration (BI) granted her petition for deportation against the American actor, calling it "justice served."

As she addressed the deportation case anew on Instagram, Pokwang also said that Lee again filed a motion for reconsideration on Dec. 28, 2023. Despite this, the actress said that she had full faith that her side would be heard.

She later shared that her ex-partner filed for voluntary deportation earlier in January.

As she thanked her attorneys for helping her with the petition, Pokwang also apologized to government officials for slamming the BI amid the case as she was frustrated.

Pokwang and Lee started dating in 2014 and welcomed their daughter Malia in 2018. They later split in 2021, with the actress saying they were on good terms, but their legal battle started as Pokwang filed a motion for deportation against the American actor in June 2023.
