Name of Rihanna and A$AP Rocky's second child revealed

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky gave their second baby a unique name.

Entertainment portal The Blast, which obtained a copy of their newborn's birth certificate, reported on Friday, Sept. 8 that the musicians named their second child Riot Rose Mayers.

The Blast mentioned that A$AP Rocky released a collaboration dubbed Riot featuring Pharrell Williams early this year, but noted that it's unclear whether their baby's name had something to do with it.

Rihanna revealed she was expecting her second child with the rapper during her Superbowl performance in February this year. 

When the nine-time Grammy award-winning singer came back on the live stage on Feb. 13 during the interval of an NFL game, she was seen rubbing her belly multiple times in a red jumpsuit that she layered with a red bodysuit.

Her representative confirmed her pregnancy to The Hollywood Reporter shortly after her set.

She and A$AP Rocky welcomed their baby boy in Los Angeles on Aug. 1.

Rihanna gave birth to their first child named RZA Athelston Mayers in May last year.
