LOOK: Andrea Brillantes gifts house helpers with brand new motorcycles
Andrea Brillantes gave a memorable gift to her two helpers who have been with her since she was young.
In her YouTube vlog last Feb. 25, Brillantes shared her plan to surprise her helpers, Ryza and Sabel, who were both planning to buy their own motorcycles. The actress said that the former is currently saving up for the vehicle, while the latter reached out to her for help in processing documents needed for a loan.
“Close talaga ako sa mga PA ko at helpers ko, I really love them,” the Senior High star said.
She first gave the big reveal to Ryza, daughter of Ate Irna—her helper since she was four years old—through a prank. Irna was later moved to tears when she learned the surprise.
“Nag-iipon pa ko diyan e,” Ryza tearfully said, adding “May pang-tuition na ko, Ma.”
The next day, Brillantes took Sabel—who had been with her when she was around five to six years old—to a motor dealership to give her own present. Prior to this, she shared that the latter actually got “jealous” of Ryza's surprise motorcycle.
The Lucky Beauty founder then reiterated that she did not upload the surprise for just content, saying that she wanted to document and remind people to take care of their helpers as well.
“Naisip ko lang na i-record ko siya [tapos] i-upload ko siya kasi baka matuwa rin kayo, and you know makapag-inspire ako sa ibang mga tao diyan na it’s always good to help other people and to take care of your helpers; Don’t mistreat them,” she said.
