Liza Soberano among 'exciting young actors' in Hollywood—US magazine

Liza Soberano continues to make waves in the international scene.

The actress has just been named one of the "exciting young actors" in Hollywood by US Magazine Town & Country. In the latter's photo announcement on Instagram, she can be seen in a pink Prada dress that she matched with Brent Neale earrings and a Marco Bicego necklace. 

“Although Liza Soberano is set to make her Hollywood debut in the upcoming black comedy Lisa Frankenstein, she isn’t exactly a rookie,” her short feature read.

Putting the spotlight on her showbiz career in the Philippines, the US Magazine described her as “a veteran model and actress," adding: "But success hasn’t made her afraid of starting over.”

Liza started her 13-year showbiz career when she was just 12 years old. She has starred in four teleseryes and three films along with her love team and real-life partner, actor Enrique Gil.  

Just last year, she revealed her hopes of pursuing a career in Hollywood. “My personal goal is to be able to bridge the gap between the Philippines and America and help the younger generation, little girls, who also dream of coming out here and make a career for themselves and I wanna make it easier for them when they do that in the future and if it that means me taking the first leap, then so be it,” she said in a May 28 interview at the Identity Fest.

Liza has since been fulfilling work commitments in the Philippines and the United States. Her first Hollywood movie project was announced in August 2022.
