Bea Alonzo’s 10.6 million followers on Instagram and 2.47 million subscribers on YouTube (but with over 119 million views) understand why the beautiful actress is the perfect embodiment of that statement. She stood strong and bounced back from trials that came her way, especially regarding her relationships.

She wears her heart on her sleeve, and I mean that in a positive way. She calls her YouTube channel her passion project. More than just allowing subscribers and viewers glimpses into her life, she said that the channel “will also allow you to journey with me as I try new things and challenge myself.”

Bea Alonzo, one of the most beautiful and talented actresses in the country, has been inspiring millions of her social media followers to take positive steps towards being healthy and strong.

Bea always injects her own perceptions and insights when she tells a story, which is refreshing and endearing. You can’t help but marvel how strong she is emotionally and how she never gave up on love.

She was recently launched, together with Alden Richards, as the new endorser of Century Tuna Superbods 2022 with its powerful campaign “Stay strong to love strong.” Bea admitted that it is a dream brand endorsement.

“I was both very excited and nervous while doing the shoot since this is my first time to represent the brand. Ibang level kasi talaga when you hear the word ‘Superbod’ and I’m thankful that the brand trusted me with this campaign,” Bea enthused. “I appreciate the fact that the campaign message is not just about being sexy but really being healthy in all aspects which I personally believe in and live by. I am humbled and honored to have been given the opportunity to inspire Filipinos to stay strong and healthy with Century Tuna so we can take care of the ones we love.”

A few days ago, she posted on Instagram: “So excited to share with you guys that I am now part of the @centurytunasuperbods family with a campaign very close to my heart. When I found out about Century Tuna’s campaign message, I instantly knew that it was a match for me. Stay Strong to Love Strong — it’s such a powerful reminder, especially in this new normal, to continue to stay strong for the people who depend on us, the people we love, our dahilan (because), despite all the challenges and silent battles we face every day. I’ve had my fair share. Alam ninyo ’yan (You know that)! And what helped me power through was my love for family and the unwavering support they’ve given me through all the ups and downs.

Wearing her heart on her sleeve, she doesn’t hesitate to share her story of love and even defeat if she knows people who take the journey with her will learn from it.

“And while I may not be an expert in health and fitness, I’ve been blessed with people who have helped me find my voice and strive to live out a healthier lifestyle both physically and mentally. So now, I’m doing my part in encouraging the same for you — dahil alam ko kaya ninyo ‘to. Join Century Tuna Superbods Love Strong 2022! The process is so easy since everything is now digital. Bea admitted that she drew strength from her family in ways she can’t describe and she remained strong because of them. Of course, another source of strength and inspiration is Dominic Roque. Last month, both of them shared on YouTube how the relationship blossomed from a seven-year crush the boy had on the girl.

It was clear how in love they were, Bea giddy and giggly most of the time, which she even acknowledged in the description as she herself noticed during editing. It was revealed that Ian Veneracion played cupid. Knowing of Dom’s crush on Bea, Ian asked her straight if the admirer stood a chance. Ian specifically asked Bea if he should encourage Dom to pursue her. Not getting a real answer, he concluded that he should just discourage Dom. But Bea stopped her from doing so. Laughing while recounting the event with Ian, Bea said he should be their counselor if ever Dom and her had a fight.

Bea further admitted that she gets jealous when Dom offers acts of service to others, thinking it should only be directed to her. Meanwhile, Dom gets jealous when Bea is too absorbed with work, since quality time is how Dom wants to receive love.

Bea values the realization of their love languages that help deepen their relationship and their US vacation, which allowed them to know each other more amid a lot of petty quarrels.

As their story unfolds, her family and friends, her fans and subscribers applaud a woman who has grown more beautiful, inside-out, because she stays strong to love strong!
