Benjie Paras shuts down split rumors between Kobe Paras and Kyline Alcantara

Benjie Paras, the father of Kobe Paras, shut down speculations that his son and Kyline Alcantara have called it quits. 

Benjie was asked about the split rumors surrounding Kobe and Kyline by entertainment site PEP.ph. To which, he simply answered, "Sila pa rin."

He also told the media outlet that he had a drinking session with the pair recently.

The two sparked breakup rumors when eagle-eyed social media users noticed that they deleted some of their couple photos on their Instagram accounts. These included snaps of them from their date at a Makati bar as well as one of their Palawan trips. A picture from when they watched a basketball game together in Los Angeles, California can also no longer be found on their feeds.

It was in November 2024 when Kobe confirmed that he and Kyline were dating. He said at the time that he started having a crush on the actress earlier that year.

The basketball player's mom, Jackie Forster, previously expressed her support for their relationship, saying that the "sky is the limit" for the both of them.
