Maine Mendoza, Arjo Atayde share 'kilig' moments in new photos ahead of their wedding
Maine Mendoza and Arjo Atayde recently shared a series of photos on their Instagram pages that appear to be from their prenup shoot.
The photos, which were shot by Jaja Samaniego and the Pearl Studios, show the couple playing games and strolling through the streets of Los Angeles, California.
Another post showed Maine and Arjo gearing up for an indoor skydiving experience.
Fans and friends from the industry fawned over their photos, with many of them expressing their excitement for the wedding.
"papunta palang tayo sa exciting part," photographer Jaja said in the comments section.
"Sobrang happy niyo titigan together…" wrote one Instagram user.
"Excited na kami sa big day niyo," said one netizen.
On Monday, July 24, Sylvia Sanchez shared pictures from a bridal shower that she hosted for her soon-to-be daughter-in-law.
“Cant wait for the Big Day. Love you, my soon to be daughter in law,” she said.
Maine, for her part, expressed her appreciation for the veteran actress, saying, “Aahhhh thank you so much Roco, Campo, and Atayde family for last night. Had such a wonderful time with everyone. Thank you, tita… future mom!!! Love you.”
Last Saturday, the "legit Dabarkads" held a special bridal shower for Mendoza ahead of her wedding with Atayde in the July 22 episode of the noontime show E.A.T.
They prepared various performances for Yaya Dub including the TVJ's rendition of My Girl by The Temptations and a dance number from Paolo, Wally and "Zombie."
The hosts also did a special edition of one of their segments, Gimme 5, which featured players that are close to the soon-to-be bride such as her co-actors in 2018 sitcom Daddy's Gurl, Chamyto and Chichi (Team Besties), fellow TV hosts Maja Salvador and MJ Lastimosa (Team Sez), and her other "legit Dabarkads" Ryzza Mae and Miles Ocampo (Team Hamog).
Maine got engaged to Arjo in July 2022 after being together for more than three years. Arjo confirmed in a June interview with entertainment site PUSH that they are set to get married this year.
