Here’s how you can join the presale event for J-Hope's ‘Hope on the Stage’ Manila concert in April
ARMY, are you excited to finally see J-hope perform live in April?
After almost eight years, J-Hope of BTS is set to grace the Philippine stage for his two-night concert on April 12 and 13 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena. The Manila leg is his first Asia stop following his tour in the US.
ICYMI, the general onsale will be on Friday, Feb. 21, but if you want to get first dibs on tickets, Smart will have a presale event on Feb. 20 at 10 a.m.
Smart Prepaid subscribers may get their presale access code from Feb. 13 to 18 via the Smart App, while the Postpaid subscribers may redeem their presale access code in the app from Feb. 14 to 18 by clicking the “Hope on the Stage” tab.
Infinity subscribers may automatically get their presale access code in the app.
Note though that this is on a first-come, first-served basis, and that a presale access code is for the chance to join the presale event and does not guarantee a ticket.
If you are able to enter the presale event, head over to Live Nation’s website and search for "j-hope.” Click the “Find out more” and select “Smart Presale” which will redirect you to the SM Tickets website.
On the website, select “Hope on the Stage,” and click “Buy Tickets” where you will be asked to enter your presale access code. Note though that you must log in or register an account when using Live Nation and the SM Ticket websites.
A maximum of two tickets per single transaction is allowed. You may either claim a ticket voucher from the email that will be sent to you or go under My Account > My Ticket.
You may print your ticket voucher and claim the physical ticket in any SM Ticket outlet any time before the event. A physical ticket is required upon entry to the venue.
Live Nation has earlier announced that all tickets will bear the name of the SM Tickets account holder and are non-transferable. The named purchaser must be present and enter the venue with their companion.
Only the name of the person on the ticket is authorized to use it for entry. Do not forget to bring a valid ID that matches the name on the ticket.
Tickets bought from resellers will not be deemed valid.
A presale for ARMY members will also take place on Feb. 19, 10 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.
J-Hope made his official solo debut in 2022 with the album, Jack in the Box. Last year, he released an EP titled Hope on the Street Vol. 1 with song collaborations with BTS co-member Jung Kook, LE SSERAFIM’s Huh Yunjin, and Nile Rodgers and Benny Blanco.
Aside from Manila, J-Hope will be heading to other Asian cities, including Saitama on April 19 and 20, Singapore on April 26 and 27, Jakarta on May 3 and 4, Bangkok on May 10 and 11, Macau on May 17 and 18, Taipei on May 24 and 25, and Osaka on May 31 and June 1.
