Alodia Gosiengfiao is getting married!

The “Queen of Cosplay” announced her engagement to businessman Christopher Quimbo on Instagram on Saturday, July 23 with the quote: “For some it takes a lifetime to find true love. But for the lucky ones, a lifetime is merely enough to share the love they’ve found.”

She also gave everyone a glimpse of Quimbo’s marriage proposal in a vlog dubbed “A New Journey.” Talking about their relationship, she said: “Everything’s just falling into place, na parang hindi siya pilit, hindi siya nirurush or something. Parang napakaganda lang, I guess. It’s very pure.”

Addressing her husband-to-be, Alodia said: “Thank you for existing. I’m super excited to share this next journey with you. Parang ang naiisip ko forever eh. May forever.”

In the same video, Quimbo made a short yet sweet promise to Alodia: “I’ll be good to her. I’ll be her biggest fan. I’ll treasure her.”

Alodia and Christopher sparked dating rumors in April, when she posted a snap of them forming a heart sign during their vacation in El Nido, Palawan.
