Arci Muñoz wishes she never had anything ‘altered’ in her face
Actress and singer Arci Muñoz recently opened up about a personal regret that many of her fans may not expect—her decision to undergo cosmetic surgery.
In an episode of Fast Talk with Boy Abunda on Friday, March 21, host Boy Abunda asked the 36-year-old actress if she had gone under the knife.
"Tito naman, obvious ba? OG na OG na nga ako dyan," she said, adding that experiencing surgical procedures is God's purpose for her.
"Sinabi ko sa sarili ko, God has a purpose because I learned and when someone approaches me and they are like 'Mona should I do this?' 'Should I do that?' I was like, if I think they don't really need to do it, no!" she underscored.
When asked if she regretted undergoing the surgical procedure, Arci replied, "If I could go back to that time when I hadn't altered anything, I would choose to return to that."
Ultimately, Arci said that she will never go under the knife again as she is now happy with the way she looks.
"Wala na, okay na ako Tito Boy, masaya na ako, okay na ako talaga."
'It's my life, my rules'
In 2017, Arci, a sergeant in the Philippine Air Force, brushed off those who bashed her alleged noticeable nose changes. She had one thing to say during that time: "It's my life, my rules."
The local star then questioned what was wrong with going under the knife. "What's wrong with that? As if naman I committed a crime," she said. "I just really don't give a—you know it already."
Arci entered the entertainment industry through the TV reality show Starstruck in 2005.
She represented the Philippines three years later in the third annual Asia Super Model Contest.
She is also well known for portraying characters in various TV series, including Princess Charming (2007), Pati Ba Pintig ng Puso (2007), Zaido: Pulis Pangkalawakan (2007), Maging Akin Ka Lamang (2008), Langit sa Piling Mo (2010), and Walang Hanggang Paalam (2020), among others
