Former senator Kiko Pangilinan's admiration for Korean actress Park Eun-bin is just one example of how even public figures can be fans of other celebrities.

In a Twitter post, Kiko, who is also a lawyer, penned a short message for the actress, who is in the Philippines for her fanmeet event on Saturday, June 24 at the New Frontier Theater.

"Welcome to the Philippines, Atty Woo! I am a big fan. My favorite episode is when you defended a farmer and his farmland. Hope you enjoy your stay, Atty Woo!," he tweeted, referencing her role Woo Young Woo—a young lawyer with Asperger's syndrome.

Social media users were delighted by the politician's adorable gesture, as he is also a certified fan just like them.

"HUHUHUHU ANG CUTE MO ATTORNEYYYYYYYYYY," a supporter said.

"Hahahahahaha so cutie atty Kiko naway ma meet mo c atty Woo. Godbless," one replied.

"Atty. Kikoo hahahahahaha havey, sir!" a netizen quipped.

Eun-bin is a former child actress known for her dramas such as Hello, My Twenties!, Do you like Brahms?, The King's Affection, and Hot Stove League.

Her performance as Woo Young-woo in Extraordinary Attorney Woo was well-received that she won the Daesang Award last April.
