Heart Evangelista bonds, prays with Kris Aquino's kids Bimby and Josh
Heart Evangelista had a special moment with Kris Aquino's kids Bimby and Josh as they prayed together along with Filipino fashion designer Michael Leyva.
In a video posted on the Queen of All Media's official fan page, Heart was seen holding hands with Josh and Bimby as they entered into a short prayer before singing with them the church song Si Kristo ay Gunitain.
Leyva, who is both Kris and Heart's close friend, was also there to share in the intimate moment with them. He appeared to have been the reason for Heart's meeting with Josh and Bimby after the actress made a visit to his workplace.
In the comments section, many noted how it was heartwarming to see Heart bonding with Bimby and Josh while others took the time to send their well-wishes to their mom, who is currently battling her multiple autoimmune diseases and is seeking treatment in the US.
"God bless you always Kris and your two kids," one user wrote.
Another commented, "Hoping for complete recovery. Fans miss you."
Bimby and Josh have been going back and forth between the Philippines and the US for some time as Kris seeks treatment abroad for her multiple autoimmune diseases.
They recently visited first lady Liza Araneta-Marcos and brought her gifts including what appeared to be a small Hermes box.
Kris' youngest son Bimby previously talked to Ogie Diaz about how he's been coping with his mom's health. He told the showbiz columnist that it took him years to accept his mom's illness, admitting that there are times he feels "rattled" whenever Kris feels weak.
"Hindi ako Diyos, I can only do so much to alleviate her, to help her," he said.
"Pero at the end of the day, I can't fully take it away 'di ba? Kasi tao lang ako, tao lang si mama," he continued, adding, "All I can do is love her, support her, [and] take care of her."
Meanwhile, Heart is currently busy with her role as the new president of the Senate Spouses Foundation Inc. on top of her career as an actress and a model.
She and Kris worked together for the 2004 television drama series Hiram.
