Margot Robbie pregnant with first baby: report

Australian actress Margot Robbie is about to become a mother.

PEOPLE Magazine, citing multiple sources, reported that Robbie and her husband, English film producer Tom Ackerley, are expecting their first baby together.

Their representatives have yet to respond to requests for comment.

Robbie and Ackerley, who are both 34, first met on the set of the World War II drama Suite Française in 2013. She was one of the stars and he was the assistant director.

They dated in late 2014 and got married in 2016 in Australia. The couple didn't announce their engagement.

Robbie previously spoke about the societal pressures of having kids after getting married in an interview with RadioTimes in 2019.

"I got married, and the first question in almost every interview is, 'Babies? When are you having one?' I'm so angry that there's this social contract. You're married, now have a baby. Don't presume. I'll do what I'm going to do," she was quoted as saying at the time.

Robbie is known for her roles in The Wolf of Wall Street, Focus, Suicide Squad, and Barbie.

The couple founded a production company, LuckyChap Entertainment, in 2014 with Josey McNamara and Sophia Kerr. The studio has produced several movies starring Robbie, including I, Tonya, Birds of Prey, and Barbie.
