At the competition, she was asked whether inclusivity should be a top priority in pageants. To which, she answered, "Pageantry is a platform where we express ourselves as women and men, and I feel like this is a great platform for us to promote our advocacies, the causes that we're fighting for, and the things that we love. So I think that in a world that's evolving, I think we, as humans, should evolve too. Thank you."

Gravidez also won several special awards from sponsors, including Miss 9 Young-Basic, Miss Bagin, Miss Bench, Miss Best Skin by Cathy Valencia, Miss Dr. Leo, Miss Hairflix, Miss Hello Glow, Miss Jojo Bragais, Miss Megaworld Hotels and Resorts, Miss Mestiza, Miss Oro China, and Miss Philippine Airlines.
