Arjo Atayde and Enchong Dee looked spectacular in their outfits while attending the international movie premiere of their action-thriller film, Topakk.

The two young actors are in Switzerland for the 76th Locarno Film Festival, where their movie will be premiered at the La Sala Theater. They are joined by Richard Somes and the rest of Topakk team.

Arjo's proud family, including mom Sylvia Sanchez, dad Art Atayde, brother Xavi, and wife Maine Mendoza, were also present.

Sharing snaps on her Instagram account, Sylvia, who is also the founder Nathan Studios, the production company behind Topakk, expressed her gratitude.

"Calm Before The Storm but this is a Good Storm. A Storm of Unbelievable Blessings. I’m extra happy to be with our co-producers Michael Paszt and Michael Angelo Masangkay of Raven Banner. It’s an honor to spend time with my Nathan Studios Team & with our partners after being invited here in Locarno for a three-day screening," she captioned her post, which showed them visiting the location of the film festival.

Enchong, on the other hand, shared some behind-the-scenes during the photo call for Locarno. He wore a brown patchwork button-down shirt from local designer, Viña Romero.

Topakk, with the international name TRIGGER, follows the story of a lone security guard (Arjo) who had previously been discharged from the military because of post-traumatic stress disorder. When a young woman (Julia Montes) asks for his protection from a dishonest police killing squad, he finds himself caught up in a different kind of conflict. The man must face his inner demons in order to achieve his salvation while the two struggle for their lives.

The film also starred Sid Lucero, Enchong Dee, and Kokoy De Santos.

Topakk was first recognized and screened at the Cannes’ Marche du Film Fantastic Pavilion last May 2023.

Aside from being an award-winning actor, Arjo is also the chairman of the House Committee on Creative Industries.

In May, Arjo revealed that the film will be picked up for international global sales and distribution.

Topakk will be translated in all the countries buying them. They will be sold to all the countries that want the movie. We’re targeting over 100 countries,” he said. (With reports from Camille Santiago)
