WATCH: Official teaser for Netflix's upcoming comedy K-drama 'Chicken Nugget' released • PhilSTAR Life

The official teaser for Korean series Chicken Nugget, which Netflix described as a "clucking comedy out of this world," is here.

The streaming service has released the teaser for the upcoming show, giving a glimpse of how a daughter (Choi Min Ah, played by Kim Yoo Jung) turned into a chicken nugget and how her father (Choi Sun Man, played by Ryu Seung Ryong) would try to bring her back to human form with the help of her admirer (Go Baek Jung, played by Ahn Jae Hong).

In the 58-second teaser, Choi Min Ah can be seen entering a machine without knowing what it was and then turning into a chicken dish. Choi Sun Man and Go Baek Jung then work together to reverse the transformation, discovering new things about her along the way.

Directed by Lee Byeong Heon (Twenty and Extreme Job), Chicken Nugget was based on the webtoon Sweet and Sour Chicken, which was written by Park Ji Dok.

The show is slated for a March 15 release and will reportedly have 12 episodes.
