BTS’ RM becomes first Korean male soloist to land on Billboard 200 for 4 weeks
RM just made history with his solo album Indigo.
On Jan. 10, Billboard reported that the BTS leader's solo album Indigo has been included on its Top 200 albums chart for four non-consecutive weeks, making him the first Korean male soloist to achieve this feat. He joins Nayeon who has spent five five weeks on the chart with her solo debut EP, IM NAYEON.
Early on its release, Indigo landed in the 15th spot of Billboard 200, surpassing RM's 2018 playlist mono which peaked in the 26th spot. The album recently announced its vinyl edition, with pre-sale starting on Jan. 9.

Moreover, RM is currently included on Billboard’s top 100 artists for this week landing on the 71st spot, achieving another record of being the first Korean male soloist to spend five weeks on the chart.
