'Moving' stars pen heartfelt goodbye messages to hit show. Here's where you can watch them next
After making the fans cry, laugh, highly entertained, Disney+’s hit Korean series Moving has come to an end.
Just one week after its premiere, the sci-fi-action-drama series was reported to be Disney+'s most-watched K-Drama ever both in the U.S. and worldwide.
Garnering immense love and support from its audience, there have been talks of adding additional seasons. Yet for the meantime, Its stars wrapped up the series with heartfelt letters, expressing gratitude to fellow cast and fans who supported the much-talked-about show from start to end.
Go Yoon Jung marked the series’ end by celebrating her character Jang Hee-soo’s 100th day and expressing gratitude to her fans. In her lengthy Instagram post, she noted how sad it is especially for viewers when the series has come to an end.
“Thanks to the equally lovely and wonderful characters, exciting storylines, gorgeous sights,” she wrote. “I have been very happy for the past two months.”
In her post, Yoon Jung reminisced about her joyful moments on the set and reflected on her character has been reminding her of how every individual is different and special, and how “love” has been everyone’s motivation in life.
“Park In-jae, Director Park Hyun-seo, Writer Kang-pul, all seniors and fellow actors, all producers staff, and Disney Plus employees who worked hard for this work, thank you very much!” she concluded her post.
After Moving, Go Yoon Jung is set to star in a Hospital Playlist spin-off series as a medical resident. She is also in talks to star in a new drama by Hong sisters with Kim Seon Ho.
Meanwhile, actor Ru Seung-ryong bid goodbye to his character Jang Joo Won by sharing a series of behind-the-scenes photos with his co-stars and wishing that the series has been “helpful” to viewers in having courage and knowing their value in life.
“Every soul has its own purpose in life. I'm here rooting for yours,” he wrote. “Juwon’s way: Light, Heart, Value, Reason.”
Ru Seung-ryong is in talks to star in another webtoon-based series titled Pine with Ji Chang Wook. In the meantime, you can (re)watch him on his previous dramas and films such as Miracle in Cell No.7, Extreme Job, and Kingdom.
Meanwhile, Lee Jung Ha shared a series of photos with the parents of his character Kim Bong Seok, his love interest Hee-soo, and other behind-the-scenes snaps. He bid goodbye to his character in a brief yet sweet message.
“Thank you for giving a lot of love to our passion and efforts. Goodbye, Bongseok,” he wrote.
You can watch Jung-ha next on his upcoming school-drama series One: High School Heroes. The series will explore themes of domestic violence and school bullying.
Jo In Sung wrapped up his journey as a top-notch black agent Kim Doo-sik, with a short message of gratitude, while also showing a series of behind-the-scenes photos with the cast. You can expect to watch him next on the third season of the variety show Unexpected Business with Park Bo-young as the returning cast.
Moving follows the story of three high school students with superhuman abilities. Things were normal until they were hunted down by a mysterious organization. Their spy parents then steps in and do what it takes to protect them from "dark forces."
