No signs of forced entry in comedian Park Na-rae's house points to possible inside job

Investigators in Seoul found no signs of forced entry at Park Na-Rae's home, leading them to consider the possibility that the alleged robbery was committed by someone known to the comedian.

Local media reports that Park, whose home was featured in the popular variety reality show I Live Alone, discovered valuable items, reportedly worth tens of thousands of dollars, missing from her home in Itaewon, Seoul.

Police found no signs of forced entry and are investigating the possibility that the alleged theft was committed by someone known to her, or it happened some time ago without her realizing.

Park has been living in her posh home since 2021. She reportedly bought it for 5.5 million won.

Earlier, Park’s agency released a statement after her absence from MBC FM’s “Son Tae-jin’s Trot Radio,” saying she is not feeling well and will "resume activities after a day or two of rest."

However, they released another statement, saying: “A burglar recently broke into Park Na-rae’s home and stole valuables. The exact amount of loss has not been confirmed yet, and her manager filed a police report.”

Park is best known as a regular cast member of the variety reality show I Live Alone since 2016. Given the show's focus on the solo lives of its cast, Park's home has become familiar to viewers.
