Solenn Heussaff to exhibit art this December in BGC
After getting featured in an exhibit in Japan, Solenn Heussaff is set to showcase her art in Manila.
On Instagram, the actress-model shared that her upcoming exhibit, titled "VĪTA,' will be open to the public from Dec. 6 to Jan. 5 at the Provenance Gallery at Shangri-La the Fort in Bonifacio Global City.
"VĪTA brings together for the first time the paintings of Solenn Heussaff and the textile works of Oliva d'Aboville, best friends and art school classmates since childhood," a description of the exhibit by curator Stephanie Frondoso read.
"In this pioneering collaboration, the artists explore nature's fluidity: its perpetual growth, transformation, and constant flux. The exhibit examines humans' deep and complex relationship with nature, perceptions affected by the changing light of day, shifting moods and emotions, infinite individual contexts, and the impact of human agency on the environment."
In her art account, Solenn shared how excited she is about the exhibit. "[Feels] nice to be inspired again!" she said.
Solenn also gave a glimpse of her triptych "Incipere," which was described as an "immersive encounter" of a forest put into painting.
In September, Solenn was among the artists included in the Finopinas exhibit in Japan. It showcased Philippine contemporary culture and celebrated the "enigmatic, vigorous landscape of Philippine art."
The actress-model also previously had a solo exhibit dubbed Kundiman at the MODEKA Art Gallery in 2021.
She shares some of her pieces and works in progress on a separate Instagram account under the handle @solennartportfolio.
