Current and former Star Magic artists reunited to celebrate the birthday of former ABS CBN's talent agency head, Johnny Manahan, popularly known as Mr. M.
In a now-viral post, Kathryn Bernardo, Jericho Rosales, Bea Alonzo, Piolo Pascual, Donny Pangilinan, and Jake Ejercito were seen singing Mr.M's favorite song, Pure Imagination, originally sung by Gene Wilder for the 1971 film Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory.
In the video, Jericho started singing one line of the song, followed by Kathryn, then Mr. M, Piolo, Bea, Donny, and Jake.

Mr. M's birthday was also a star-studded affair, documented in Bea Alonzo's Instagram post on Jan. 27. The photos showed big stars in the industry like Kathryn, Jericho, Piolo, John Lloyd Cruz, and Maja Salvador celebrating with the veteran talent manager, raising a glass of wine to mark the occasion.
Last year, the Starmaker marked his 76th year with his "babies" including Heart Evangelista, Diether Ocampo, and Kyle Echarri.
Mr. M was born on Feb. 11. He is a film and TV director, actor, talent manager, and screenwriter.
Aside from being the former head of ABS-CBN's Star Magic, he also served as the senior vice president of the TV network.
In 2021, he joined Sparkle GMA Artist Center as a consultant.
