Consider your October 22 fully booked, Filo Danity! In case you missed it, Kang Daniel is set to make his comeback in Manila on that special day.

On September 16, Willbros Live announced the return of K-pop soloist Kang Daniel for his "First Parade" concert at the New Frontier Theater on October 22.

The event is presented by Konnect Entertainment and Genie Music and promoted by Wilbros Live. Ticket prices are yet to be revealed, but selling will start at 10 a.m. on October 1 at TicketNet.com.ph.

“This Asia tour shows Kang Daniel’s spectrum that extends to the global stage,” Konnect Entertainment expressed in a statement.

After his concert in Seoul in August and in Japan on Oct. 15 and 16, the Southeast Asian leg of his tour will kick off in Manila, followed by Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Taipei, Singapore, Hongkong, and Macao.

The K-pop idol's last visit to Manila was three years ago, in 2019, for his "Color on Me" Asian tour.

Kang became well known for his appearance in the second season of the Korean hit survival show "Produce 101" in 2017. He quickly became a household name as he ranked first in the show, securing a spot on the debut team, giving him the nickname of the "Nation's Center."

He and the other top 11 of the show debuted under "Wanna One" on August 7, 2017, with the title track "Energetic." The group also visited Manila in the same year for their first and last fanmeet as a group. Wanna One officially disbanded on December 31, 2018.

Kang officially debuted as a solo artist in 2019 under his own agency, Konnect Entertainment. His latest song release is "Don't tell" featuring one of the most prominent female rappers in Korea, Jessi.
