It looks like the perfect applicant has been found!

Celeste Cortesi amused her fans and followers when she posted a picture of herself on X (formerly Twitter) posing at a Potato Corner stand days after the popular fries brand became viral over its "well-meaning but inappropriate" job posting.

"First day sa work," Celeste captioned her picture, which shows her posing with a peace sign and looking as fresh as ever in her buttoned-up shirt and denim pants.

The post seemed to be a reference to the job announcement for a service crew position at Potato Corner's branch in Ventura Mall in Dasmariñas, Cavite, which had a list of qualifications that some social media users found to be "Miss Universe levels."

The qualifications included having a "good visual impact and pleasing personality," a weight that "must be proportionate to height," and having a "clear complexion, eyesight, and good set of teeth."

Celeste's post gave her followers a good laugh, and many left amusing replies. The Fil-Italian beauty queen responded to some of the replies with more witty remarks.

"Cheese flavor please," one user wrote.

"No more na po. Sinigang mix flavor available," Celeste answered.

Another one commented, "May nanalo na," and the beauty queen replied to it with, "Intense the application."

Following the "embarassing moment" involving its job posting, Potato Corner has since issued a statement apologizing for the incident and hoped to "set things right," adding that its values are "all about diversity and inclusion."

"Discriminatory hiring is not something we support or condone, and not aligned to who we are," the brand said. "We're all about providing equal opportunities for all, and giving fair recognition and reward to effort, attitude, potential, and creating positive outcomes," the statement read.

The brand emphasized that it's taking the incident seriously and reviewing its procedures to ensure it won't happen again.

The post generated a variety of responses online, with some people finding the qualifications humorous and others finding them discriminatory.
