Carlos Yulo's mother Angelica sells house and lot in Cavite
The mother of two-time Olympic gold medalist Carlos Yulo is selling a fully furnished house and lot in Cavite.
Angelica Poquiz Yulo shared photos and details of the property on Facebook on Sept. 8.
According to the post, the address is Green Park Villas 2, Malagasang 2C, Imus, Cavite. It has a 50-square-meter lot area and a 100-square-meter floor area. It has two air-conditioned bedrooms, as well as two toilet and bath rooms.
The sale also includes a 55-inch television, refrigerator, split-type aircon, and window-type aircon. There are also motor accessories and spare parts worth P300,000, which Angelica noted can be used for a motor shop business.
The upload showed Carlos's photos in the living room during competitions. The hallway on the second floor had more photos of the gymnast.
The sliding door of one CR showed Carlos's portrait where he wears a medal while his right hand is on his chest, with the Philippine flag in the background.
The property is under Angelica's name.
Their relative, Ana Bonita Poquiz, also shared photos of the house and lot for sale. She asked interested parties to message Angelica.
In the comments section of her post, Ana said the house was meant for Carlos but nobody occupies it, hence the sale.
Angelica and Ana's posts didn't indicate the price, but the property is worth P5 million according to replies in the comments section.
