Jeremy Jauncey proud of Pia Wurtzbach for attending fashion weeks after being told she’d ‘never make it’ there

Jeremy Jauncey proved that true love happens when you give your full support to someone, as he applauded his wife, Pia Wurtzbach, for achieving a fashion milestone.

In an Instagram post on Monday, Oct. 9, the 39-year-old entrepreneur shared a photo of Pia in an elegant green dress for one of her appearances in this year's Paris Fashion Week.

He wrote a long and heartfelt message for his wife in the caption, which showed appreciation for the Miss Universe’s story about her neverending effort to take part in the world's biggest fashion events.

“Three years ago you told me you wanted to break into European fashion- but we had no network, no opportunities and no credibility,” Jeremy recalled.

"But quietly, under the radar, you grinded. And grinded. And grinded. And despite even as early as this year being told you’d never make it to fashion weeks and your best years were behind you, you did. And you delivered. To a level even we didn’t hope for in our wildest dreams."

Further proving the supportive husband that he truly is, the Beautiful Destinations CEO and founder also praised her beauty queen wife for never giving up on setbacks she experienced.

“I’ve always found the best stories have one thing in common- that person with a passionate, relentless, undefeatable drive to achieve. That ability to push against the odds, to take a risk when others tell them no and to chase a dream no matter how far away it seems,” he wrote.

“Never forget that every story starts somewhere," Jeremy added. "And I know how far away this story started for you. I’m so proud of you @piawurtzbach."

Pia won the crown for Miss Universe in 2015 and began gracing fashion when she became a part of this year's guests for Milan Fashion Week and Paris Fashion Week, attending couture runways for luxury brands like Gucci, Bulgari, Givenchy, Hermes, and Dior.

She and Jeremy tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in Seychelles last March 24. They got engaged in May 2022, two years after announcing their relationship in June 2020.
