Nadine Samonte's first house is up for sale for P6.5 million—here's a look inside
Looking to buy a home in Laguna? Nadine Samonte is selling her first house, which is located in Santa Rosa.
The actress recently announced on Instagram that her Laguna home is now up for sale as it's been unoccupied for a while now. "I have to let go," she wrote in a post. "This is my first house and now I'm selling it na for a low price kasi wala ng nakatira."
The two-storey house has a lot area of 190 square meters and a floor area of 240 square meters. It's near a school, malls, hospitals, grocery stores, and banks.
The ground floor houses the living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, one powder room, maid's room with toilet and bath, a pocket garden, and a car garage. The second floor, meanwhile, boasts four bedrooms with two comfort rooms complete with toilet and bath, as well as a balcony.
The local star, however, noted that it "needs minor renovations."
Nadine's first space costs P6.5 million net. Included in the offering price are seven air conditioners, an oven, a countertop, cabinets, exhaust fans, and lights.
