Nico Bolzico's pet cat El Gato finally returns after being missing for almost a month
Nico Bolzico and Solenn Heussaff couldn't be happier that their pet cat, El Gato is finally back home after missing for 29 days. Their daughter Tili was ecstatic, too.
“After 29 days and endless explanations to Tili where #ElGato is, he decides to come back!” he wrote in his caption on Thursday, March 21.
“We are really happy but I have so many questions for him!” he quipped. In the video, Tili was seen petting and hugging El Gato.
In his Instagram stories, Bolzico shared more moments of Tili being excited to play again with El Gato, as well as sharing how their pet dog, Pochola was also happy about him being back.
Fans and celebrities expressed their joy about the good news in the comments section.
“I’m so happy to hear this !!!!!!!” Heart Evangelista wrote.
“Cats really come back,” said Tim Yap.
“Oemgee!!! This makes my day…[I] was so bothered [I] keep checking your account hoping that he’s back. And now finally!!!” another one commented.
“[L]ooks like y’all gone have a lot of little el gato lookalikes in the neighborhood soon,” an Instagram user commented.
Heusaff first posted about their missing cat in February sharing that she believes he was stolen since he likes to roam around. She also asked the public for help to give information in case anyone tried to sell him to them.
On March 9, two weeks after the cat went missing, Bolzico admitted they had lost hope in finding El Gato.
“We can only hope that if anyone took you, that person brought you to a nice caring family, and you can make them feel the same joy you made us feel all these years!” he previously wrote in his Instagram post.
