Kris Aquino says that despite the challenges she faces concerning her health, she remains grateful to God for blessing her with her sons and “many prayer warriors.”

In her Instagram post on Monday, July 3, the Queen of All Media shared a photo of her with her sons, Josh and Bimby, while laying on the bed.

She also shared that she was well-rested after her first day back in the United States for her chemotherapy sessions. She missed being with her "two giants," Josh and Bimby, and was glad to be reunited with them.

“Super well rested ako, sumobra nga lang ang tulog… sobrang na miss kong sumiksik sa aking 2 giants,” she wrote in her caption.

Kris also shared that her eldest son Josh went to the church with her rumored boyfriend Batangas Vice Governor Mark Leviste along with his two kids.

“About their 1st day back, Bimb slept from 3 AM to 3:30 PM. Kuya slept at 2 AM but was up at 8 AM. He went to Mass with vice gov @markleviste, and his 2 kids who are here,” she wrote.

“Then they all had lunch with kuya’s favorite Tito Allen & Tita Irene (we consider them as valued members of a growing list of very kind friends we now consider as our extended Southern California family). Kuya wanted siesta around 4:30 PM so sinamahan ko sya and I fell asleep again,” she wrote.

Despite the challenges she faces in her ongoing battle with multiple autoimmune diseases, Krsis is grateful to God for her sons, who she sees as her inspiration to keep going. She also credits her "prayer warriors" for their support.

“Kahit matindi ang pinagdadaanan, I remain very grateful to God for blessing me with my 2 sons and blessing us with so many Prayer Warriors.”

“Thank you for including my healing in your prayers even though you don’t even know me personally,” she added.

She furthered how she gets teary-eyed whenever she reads comments feeling overwhelmed by the “outpouring of concern and compassion.”

“When I read your comments, I get teary eyed because i ask myself- what did I do to deserve this outpouring of concern & compassion? Maraming salamat dahil sa gitna ng mga sarili nyong mga problema, naiisip nyo pa rin isama ako at ang mga anak ko sa inyong panalangin,” she said. “God bless you more.”

Fans and fellow celebrities including Vina Morales, Darla Sauler, and Mark Leviste extended their support.

“Home is where your family is, and FAMILY IS EVERYTHING,” Vice Gov. Mark Leviste commented.

"You're [a] kindhearted person Ms. Kris, people value you as you are," one netizen wrote.

Kris has been in the United States since June 2022 for her medical tests and procedures.

In June, she revealed that she needs to stay in the US for “a year and a half minimum of treatment” as she continues her battle against five autoimmune conditions.
