Esther Lahbati reveals daughter Sarah, Richard Gutierrez currently in co-parenting setup
While Sarah Lahbati and Richard Gutierrez have yet to address the split rumors, the former’s mom revealed that the two are currently in a “co-parenting” setup.
Esther Lahbati made the revelation in the comments section of her Instagram post on Tuesday, Dec. 26.
In her collaborative post with Sarah, they shared their recent Christmas celebration with the clan, including her grandsons, Zion and Kai who were seen opening gifts with their relatives as well as sweet moments with their mom.
A social media user asked in the comments section if the clip was pre-recorded, clarifying whether Zion and Kai are with the Gutierrez family on vacation in Japan.
“[N]a kay Sarah sina [Z]ion at Kai. Live na Live with the family of Sarah,” Esther replied, revealing. “Co-parenting sila ng tatay.”
The social media user replied, “[A]kala ko kasi dinala ng lola sa Japan,” which Esther debunked, saying, “[W]ala po ganon. [T]atay at nanay ang magde-decide kung saan pupunta ang mga bata.”
Richard and Sarah have been making the rounds online for months already after social media users noticed that they haven't been sharing photos of them on social media and have been spending time with their kids separately. They were last spotted together at Maja and Rambo Nuñez's wedding in Bali, Indonesia.
Early this month, their parents have been making intriguing posts and statements. Richard’s mom, talent manager Annabelle Rama, revealed in an interview that her son has been living with her for over a month.
When asked about the blind items seemingly about Sarah, she said that his son has been busy working, while the former has only been busy “wasting money.”
"Nakikita mo naman 'di ba?" she began. "Nakikita mo naman, hindi mo na kailangang magsalita pa. Nakikita mo na 'yan. Si Richard trabaho nang trabaho, 'yung isa nagwawaldas ng pera. 'Yun lang ang masasabi ko diyan,” she said.
She also exchanged cryptic posts with Sarah’s father, Abdel, who mentioned in one of his posts about accusing a certain someone of "spending money to spread fake news."
"Until now we're just quite ignoring some barking dogs. But someone doesn't want to stop talking about this issue, she's even spending money to spread fake news, we choose to spend money to enjoy our life," he wrote alongside a photo of barking dogs meme.
Richard and Sarah tied the knot in 2020 after dating for eight years. The two have yet to address the rumors about their split.
