The iconic "Maris Meme" is back!
Actress-singer Maris Racal drew laughs on social media yet again when she posted a video of herself crying after accidentally cutting her bangs too short.
In an Instagram post, the 26-year-old actress joked about looking like a "pencil" in her micro bangs as she shared her meme-worthy "crying" clip. "I look like a pencil pero okay na ako ngayon, medyo tumubo na siya," she wrote in the caption.
In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Marid advised her followers to be careful if they're going to cut their hair at home. "Basta mag ingat nalang kayo sa paggupit ng micro bangs topper/wig," she tweeted, adding a crying emoji.
Her video was met with hilarious reactions from her followers, including her friends in the entertainment industry.
"HAHAHAHA ICONIC," singer Darren Espanto wrote.
"HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHA ALAM KO STORY NIYAN," actress Chie Filomeno also commented.
"Kung matapang ka, magpamicro bangs ka," an Internet user said.
"Infairness, 'di mo na talaga need ng MMK background kapag iiyak ka eme," another one wrote.
An X user, meanwhile, made a reference to Maris' hit song Ate, Sandali as they commented: "Sandali, hayaan mong magsisi sa huli" and "Tawanan mo na lang 'pag bumalik."
In April 2021, Maris also went viral after sharing a video of herself where she can also be seen using her laptop as she breaks down in tears and changes her mood in between. It garnered over 5.6 million views and was even featured on the official social media pages of international site Buzzfeed.
