Jasmine Curtis-Smith has denied getting plastic surgery done on her face amid speculations online.

On Dec. 6, the actress was quick to dispel rumors on X.

“I've seen the Reddit rumor and comments. No, I haven't gotten anything done to my face,” she wrote.

The actress shut down plastic surgery rumors in an X tweet.

She disclosed a reason for a change in her appearance, as noticed by some social media users. “I have gained [six kilograms] from my recent trip to Australia and have been crying on and off for a few days. Hope this settles and cures your curiosities."

"I gain a little and apparently I got botched work done, I lose a little and I’ve got an eating problem. Not trying to win over anyone but it’s bothersome to read the comments," the actress vented out in frustration over online criticism.

Curtis-Smith's fans were quick to come to her defense.

"They are not [used to] seeing you getting prettier kaya they thought you had something done. Sorry na lang mga bashers mo coz you're born with it," said one.

"Hugs, [Jasmine]! Kahit anong gawin, people will always have something to say about a woman's body, and I know you know this already, but you deserve way better than to be subjected to that unwarranted scrutiny. Love you," stated another.

Curtis-Smith recently starred in the sapphic Cinemalaya film Open Endings alongside Janella Salvador, Klea Pineda, and Leanne Mamonong. They won Best Ensemble Performance at the 2025 film festival.
