Karel Marquez pregnant with fifth baby: 'Another blessing'

Karel Marquez is pregnant with her fifth baby.

The actress recently announced the good news in a collaborative Instagram post with her husband, businessman Sean Fariñas.

She said they had a babymoon in Hong Kong. "Just when we thought '4' completed our family," the 37-year-old wrote in the caption. "Here’s another blessing to our growing family, my baby #5."

Karel also put the hashtags, #SecondTrimester, #13WeeksPregnant, #BabyNumberFive, #FamilyOf7, and #SideViewBoomBuntis.

Karel started as a video jockey on the music channel Myx. She later became part of ABS-CBN shows like Mga Anghel na Walang Langit, Komiks: Da Adventures of Pedro Penduko, Maaalala Mo Kaya, and Magandang Tanghali Bayan. She transferred to GMA Network later on, appearing in teleseryes like My Husband's Lover, Ika-6 na Utos, and Black Rider.

Karel and Sean began a relationship in 2012 and got married in December 2016. They have two children together, Kobe and Kaden.

She also has two kids, Keiley and Kyler, from her previous relationship with actor Arman de Guzman.
