BIGBANG to bring 20th anniversary world tour to Manila in February 2027
After more than a decade, the legendary K-pop group BIGBANG is officially returning to the Philippines.
Their agency, YG Entertainment, announced on Tuesday evening that Manila has been added as a stop on their highly anticipated 20th-anniversary world tour, "XX: COSMOS."
The concert is scheduled to take place at the SMDC Festival Grounds in Parañaque on Feb. 20, 2027.
The tour commemorates the group's 20th anniversary and features 32 shows covering 18 cities across North America, Europe, Oceania, and Asia.

This upcoming Manila show will mark BIGBANG’s first performance in the Philippines as a group since their "MADE" World Tour in 2015.
Although local fans have waited over a decade for a full-group reunion, members Taeyang and G-Dragon visited the country last year for their respective solo concert tours.
Widely regarded as the "Kings of K-Pop," BIGBANG has sold over 140 million records worldwide and produced global hits like BANG BANG BANG and Fantastic Baby.
When they debuted in 2006, the group originally consisted of five members: G-Dragon, Taeyang, Daesung, Seungri, and T.O.P. However, Seungri retired from the entertainment industry and left the group in 2019 following legal controversies, and T.O.P departed in 2023.
In March, YG Entertainment announced the return of BIGBANG. Speaking about the comeback, chief executive producer Yang Hyun Suk said, “Since we’ve worked together for such a long time, I don’t think there will be any difficulties... All YG staff will do their best to create a perfect and outstanding performance.”
