Soloist J-Hope is here—and we’re dying for “more” bops.

BTS’ J-Hope has finally dropped More, a pre-release track that’s included on his upcoming debut solo album. The song and music video were released on Friday, July 1.

Yeah, I’m thirsty / I need to go surfing on the beat, I’m in my element. / Soak up the music. / Eenie meenie miney mo, dancin’ baby flow. / Keep my passion, I gotta go. I’m still (not enough),” J-Hope rapped at the song’s opening.

More is a glimpse of what fans can expect from J-Hope’s “new chapter” on his upcoming solo album. The pre-release track showcases the BTS member dabbling into the pop-rock genre while still maintaining his fiery charm.

The BTS member’s solo album, Jack In The Box, will be released in digital format on the Weverse Album app on July 15.

Born as Jung Hoseok, J-Hope debuted as the main dancer, sub-rapper, and sub-vocalist of BTS in 2013. He’s the first member to release a solo project since the septet revealed that they will be taking a temporary break from group activities in June.

J-Hope released his first solo mixtape Hope World in 2018 and the single Chicken Noodle Soup featuring American actor-singer Becky G in 2019.
