Trigger warning: This article contains mentions of sexual harassment.

The former assistant of controversial rapper Kanye West is suing him for sexual harassment as well as breach of contract, wrongful termination, and a hostile work environment.

According to Us Weekly, Lauren Pisciotta claimed West hired her while he was cultivating his Yeezy fashion line. She also worked with him on three tracks for his 2021 album Donda.

Pisciotta was a content creator on subscription service OnlyFans before she started working for West, saying she earned $1 million (P58.6 million) a year.

After a year of working for West, she claimed that he asked her to delete her OnlyFans account, promising to give her the same amount yearly if she did.

When Pisciotta deleted her account, she accused West of sexually harassing her via text messages and phone calls.

He would allegedly masturbate during their phone conversations, even asking her if she could hear what he was doing. He would also allegedly send her sexual videos and photos, which included West having sex.

Pisciotta said she was promoted to chief of staff for West's various companies, earning $4 million (P234.4 million), while dealing with his behavior. She, however, was fired in October 2022.

She said there was a severance package of $3 million (P175.8 million), which she accepted but has not received.

Last April, West's former employee Trevor Phillips, a Black person like West, claimed in a lawsuit that he suffered severe discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.

Phillips also accused West of preaching obscenities such as "the Jews are out to get me" and "the Jews are stealing all my money." He also claimed that West praised Hitler, calling the Nazi leader "great."
