Dominican Republic's Joheirry Mola Dominguez is Miss World 2026.

She was followed by Spain's Elisabeth Reynés Alabern (1st runner-up) and Malaysia's Taanusiya Chetty (2nd runner-up).

Dominguez was asked about the qualities she possesses that she thinks "are key to being Miss World Americas and Caribbean" in the first Q&A round.

"As a woman, I want to bring to the table a woman who has broke barriers, that knows that physical beauty, it's not all that, that her purpose is bigger than herself. And as a teacher, I am. Make life delicious. A purpose serving, and I want to see it in the table, but I want to prepare seats where they could be prepared for life," she said.

In the second Q&A portion, she was asked: "Which beauty with a purpose have you supported in your country? And how would you improve it if you were crowned Miss World?"

Her winning answer: "My beauty with a purpose is to take English programs to kids in vulnerable communities because I believe that when they know this language, the opportunities, the doors that can open to their life, it's huge big doors because I was talking to the girls and telling them that thanks to that tool, we are here, we have the tool to express our feelings, to express our purpose. And for me, it's something that I will take always in my heart that I can give those kids something very important. It's a tool that's going to work for the rest of their life."

The coronation night took place on Saturday, Sept. 5 in Vietnam. Philippines' Asia Rose Simpson finished in the Top 12 of the competition.
