Robert De Niro reveals name of 7th child, shares first picture of newborn baby
Robert De Niro's seventh child has just made her television debut!
In the latest airing of CBS Mornings, host Gayle King shared an exclusive first photo of De Niro's newborn baby that he had with his girlfriend and martial arts instructor Tiffany Chen.
In the picture, De Niro's baby girl, named Gia Virginia Chen-De Niro, could be seen in an adorable pink onesie as she is held up to the camera by her loving dad. According to King, she was welcomed into the world on April 6, and weighed eight pounds and six ounces.
"Robert De Niro and his partner Tiffany Chen are over the moon about this little girl," King said.
News about the award-winning actor's new family member came after he corrected an interviewer who suggested he only had six children, telling her it is now "seven, actually."
This has surprised many considering his age of 79 years old, but when King asked De Niro about welcoming a new child at this point in time, the actor told her that "this baby is planned."
"They both wanted this baby. They're over the moon, she was brought here by love so he is very psyched and very excited about it," King said.

Before Gia came into his life, De Niro had six children with three of his ex-partners: Drena, 51, and Raphael, 46, with ex-wife Diahnne Abbott; 27-year-old twin sons Aaron and Julian with fomer partner Toukie Smith; and Elliot, 25 and Helen Grace, 11 with ex-wife Grace Hightower.
